11th Anniversary of 9/11

Statement

Tuesday marked the 11th anniversary of the terrorist attacks that took place on American soil. The anniversary of September 11th is a day of history, emotion, and reflection for all Americans. We will never forget that tragic day and will always remember the lives lost, the bravery of those who responded, and the remarkable spirit of unity and compassion that swept the country in the aftermath. Since that tragic day, our resilient spirit has been tried again multiple times. We are eternally grateful for our armed forces that fight every day to protect us. May God bless the victims, our military men and women, our first responders, our veterans, the families of each of these groups, and may God bless the United States of America.
